enlightenHR is delighted to be working with Sue Capel of Acacia HR Virtual Assistant. Sue recently took the lead of project managing the transition of 250+ employees from the retail sector onto a new HRIS and integrating it with another HRIS with rostering functionality. She worked tirelessly alongside the Management team to ensure all employee data was collected and uploaded onto both systems before training management on how to use the systems. She rolled out to all employees and guided them through any issues. I find Sue to be reliable, proactive and positive, she uses her initiative and experience in HR to anticipate and manage challenges, presenting solutions rather than problems. Sue is self-motivated and very capable of self-management with minimum input once the project parameters have been agreed. We have received excellent feedback from the clients Sue has been working directly with, as well as the HRIS system team who supported the setup. Additionally, Sue has supported one of our Senior HR Consultants with redundancy consultation at a clients, providing administration support to that project.
Over and above everything else, Sue is totally professional, a very nice person and a delight to work with.
